Can a Palm Beach County Family Ever Be Able to Recover From
The Evil Corruption of Stuart Klein, Attorney of Palm Beach Gardens
Florida
Stuart B. Klein is an attorney in Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida who prides himself on being an attorney who is ethical and
professional, however he has created pain to a family in Lake Worth, Florida
who is still trying to heal. Stuart
Klein boasts about his expertise in Real Estate Law. He also claims that he is
one of best Property Lawyers Palm Beach County has to offer and also a Trial
lawyer. He states he is ethical and humane.
Helen Magda Roemer, mother of Cindy Grundman Andreatos and
grandmother to Carly Magda Andreatos passed away April 14, 2011. Cindy and
Carly are still trying to put together their lives due to the destruction that
could have been prevented by Stuart Klein who was the executor and lawyer for
Cindy’s mother Helen Magda Roemer.
As per the terms of the will, which Stuart Klein wrote,
created and coincidentally was the executor as well, neither Cindy nor her
daughter were even mentioned in the will. Mr. Stuart Klein only met Helen Magda
Roemer two times in his lifetime and declared her to be mentally fit. He told
Cindy that her estate's beneficiary, which is estimated in the “FIVE MILLION
DOLLAR RANGE”, was Hospice of The Greater Palm Beaches amongst other charitable
organizations. What is the correct amount of the Estate? How many millions of
dollars? He's not sharing this information.
When Cindy Grundman Andreatos was notified of her mother’s
death by Palm Beach County police department, she was allowed to identify the
body. Mr. Stuart Klein told Cindy Grundman Andreatos to no longer contact him
or his office. Cindy’s mother was dead for four days until she was notified by
the police by phone to come and identify the body. There are horrible and
criminal injustices here which go beyond words.
Helen Magda Roemer came to this country, from Hungary at age
five under false papers. To this day, Cindy and Carly do not have all the
details of their ancestry. Rabbi Ciment was contacted immediately by Cindy
Grundman Anwww.ehow.com/how_2109038_sue-bad-lawyer.htmldreatos and as she wept, being a devout Jew asked for his help and
prayers. Helen Magda Roemer’s mother Gussie Stein and her father Vilmush Stein
came from Hungary and lived off of Jerome Avenue in the Bronx. They sent money
to Hungary and Helen was able to enter this country at age 5 and of course the
paperwork was faked. Back then,
everything was kept quiet and while Cindy’s grandparents mainly spoke Hungarian,
she still remembers them lighting the Shabbat candles every Friday Evening,
Helen Magda Roemer’s parents were not only Jewish, but kept a Kosher home.
Helen Magda Roemer lived a very confused life, and may have
even been suffering from dementia for years. Cindy’s daughter Carly was named
after her grandmother and Helen was in the delivery room when Carly was born in
1996 in New York at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Helen Magda Grundman
Roemer was so happy to be the first person to even touch her only grandchild.
In fact, Carly had just spent winter break at her grandmother’s home in Palm
Beach Gardens in December of 2011 only 1 mile or so from Stuart B. Klein’s
office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
